In response to the unprecedented cybersecurity incident that first impacted our organization in late June, our team is preparing to enter the next phase of our system restoration process, which will impact AF Group business operations (excluding AmeriTrust brands).

We are now conducting additional system updates as the final step in our preparations to bring systems back online. This will result in a new digital environment with updated technology that will further enhance the security of customer information and data. While our timeline for full restoration remains fluid, we’re making every effort to minimize disruption and once again provide the high level of service you’ve come to expect from our company.

We're continuing to emphasize that no customer data was accessed or taken by an unauthorized party in connection with this issue.

PLEASE NOTE: We are aware of fraudulent emails (from policysupport@accIdentfund.com) that are indicating AF Group is not able to accept check payments and indicating payments should be submitted by EFT to a referenced bank account. Please be aware we are not requesting this information or accepting EFT payments at this time — we are only accepting paper checks as a form of payment until our systems are restored. Should you receive this or other suspicious emails, you're encouraged to share them with your IT Security team.

No information should be shared in response to these messages — and we’d encourage that customers send these or any other suspicious emails to their IT Security team. It should also be noted that our organization would never email (or provide) our bank information to agents/policyholders in an effort to obtain payments.

Thank you for your ongoing patience and understanding.
